Information we process
For a Free AI Recommendation Check, we process the brand, website and work email you provide, plus any optional product, category, market, scenario or competitor scope. We retain the fixed questions, provider and model identifiers, timestamps, raw answers, failures and generated report. For an inquiry, we process the name, work email, company, website and message you provide. The server also records limited security and delivery metadata such as time, IP address, user agent and request status. Analytics does not receive form values.

Model providers and report links
The fixed measurement questions may contain the brand and optional scope you submit and are sent to the model providers identified in the resulting report. Your name and email are not sent to those model providers. The free check does not crawl the submitted website. Status and report URLs contain a capability token; anyone who receives that private link may be able to view the report, so do not forward it publicly.
Analytics
The production design uses a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics service on infrastructure controlled for winin.ai. It is configured not to collect form values or build cross-site profiles, and operates only after the production instance has been explicitly configured.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure, model API and enterprise email providers may process the limited data needed to run the measurement, deliver the site and send the report under their own security and contractual controls. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, traceability, abuse prevention, dispute handling and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with an inquiry, subject to applicable law and necessary records. Contact contact@winin.ai. Legal entity and jurisdiction-specific disclosures will be added before regulated commercial processing begins.
